Job Description
Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Provide acute and episodic care independently in a fast-paced environment, managing patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures such as laceration repair and splinting. Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on follow-up and preventive care. Work in fully equipped clinics with established protocols, supporting 3–4 patients per hour, with access to clinical leadership and resources. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties; shifts are self-scheduled, with optional additional hours earning extra pay. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings approximately $103K–$131K, plus incentives and bonuses.
