Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

  • Provide autonomous, patient-centered care for acute and episodic conditions, performing procedures like laceration repair, wound care, and splinting.
  • Assess, diagnose, interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Manage a patient volume of 3–4/hour in a fully equipped clinic with established protocols and support staff.
  • Work 3 shifts/week (12 hours) with rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible scheduling and opportunity for overtime at enhanced pay.

    Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, CME allowance, and more.

    Qualifications include active licensure in NC, BLS/ACLS, and preferred urgent care experience.
