Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Provide acute and episodic care independently in a fast-paced environment, managing patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and diagnostics. Work schedule includes 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends, no on-call duties, and flexible scheduling. Offer patient education, prescribe medications, and document thoroughly in EMR, supporting efficient patient flow and quality care. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour with annual earnings of approximately $103K–$131K, plus incentives, bonuses, and benefits.
