Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

As the sole clinical provider, you’ll independently assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions, perform procedures, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.

Work in a fully equipped clinic with established protocols, supporting efficient high-quality care with an average of 3–4 patients per hour.

Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends, no on-call, and flexible self-scheduling. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and growth opportunities within the network.
