Job Description
This full-time, clinic-based physician role offers a rotating 3/4 schedule with an hourly rate of $115–$140 and comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, and more.
As a primary provider in a high-volume urgent care setting, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute conditions, perform procedures such as laceration repairs and splinting, order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients. The environment is fully equipped, supporting thorough patient care with an average of 3–4 patients per hour and no on-call duties.
Qualifications include an Alabama MD/DO license, board certification or eligibility, active DEA, and experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred. The role involves a rotating schedule, including weekends, with opportunities for growth into leadership, training, and protocol development within a expanding multi-state network.
