Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)

Job Description

Seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive women’s health care in the Quad Cities area.

Provide reproductive, gynecologic, prenatal, postpartum, and preventive services, including exams, screenings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Perform diagnostic tests (e.g., Pap smears, STI testing) and prescribe medications within scope.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.

Maintain licensure, participate in ongoing education, and adhere to state regulations.

Requirements: Board-certified or eligible, licensure in Iowa and Illinois or eligibility, at least 2 years of women’s health experience, with DEA licensing for controlled substances.
