Seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various wounds in a part-time, hybrid role in Columbus, GA.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, performing wound care procedures, documenting accurately, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements include current NP license with wound care specialization, experience with advanced wound care techniques like Ultramist and skin grafts, proficiency in medical documentation, and ability to treat diabetics. Flexibility for schedule and travel within an hour of Columbus is needed.
