Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide mobile wound care services in Southern Colorado, including Pueblo and Colorado Springs.
Conduct patient assessments, perform wound debridement, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Coordinate care with facilities, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, current licensure, and wound care certification (preferred). A minimum of 2 years of experience and proficiency in advanced wound care are required.
This flexible, part-time or full-time role involves 6-15 patient visits per day, with a salary range of $105k-$160k, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
