Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with strong wound care skills for a flexible, autonomous role in Southern Colorado (Pueblo + Colorado Springs).
Enjoy a flexible schedule (part-time, full-time, or gradual build-up) with competitive pay ($105k–$160k), mileage reimbursement, and optional car allowance.
Perform wound assessments, debridement, advanced procedures, and develop treatment plans, coordinating care with facilities, families, and home health partners.
Require 2+ years of experience, preferably in wound care, and reliable transportation to work independently with a supportive admin team.
