Wound Care Physician – Board Certified MD or DO Only

Job Description

Seeking a board certified or eligible physician with backgrounds in primary care, geriatrics, surgery, or emergency medicine to transition into wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Training is provided if no prior experience. Candidates must have completed an accredited residency and be board certified or eligible.

Preferred specialties include family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics. The full-time Medical Director role offers hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $275,000 to $425,000 annually.

Requirements include a 40-hour hyperbaric oxygen therapy course and wound care certification post-contract. Benefits encompass 401(k), matching, health/dental insurance, malpractice coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and relocation assistance.

Applicants must be able to commute to and relocate to Fort Smith, AR before starting. This is an in-person position.
