Seeking a full-time, board certified or eligible physician with a background in primary care, geriatrics, surgical, or emergency medicine to serve as Medical Director in a wound care and hyperbaric medicine practice.
Training provided for those without prior wound care experience. Requires completion of an accredited residency and current board certification or eligibility. Preferred specialties include family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics. Position offers a competitive salary ($275,000 – $425,000) and comprehensive benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, malpractice coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and relocation assistance. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Certification in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and wound care are required after contract signing. Candidates must be able to commute to and relocate to Fort Smith, AR before starting. The role involves in-person work in a dynamic wound care setting with leadership responsibilities.
