Wound Care Provider NP, PA

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.

Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute, chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds through weekly bedside rounds, dressing changes, medically necessary debridement, and establishing care plans within facility protocols. Opportunities also include conducting Home Health visits as needed.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and experienced in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Must have at least 2 years of wound care, debridement, and SNF experience, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Current CA medical license and certification are required.

Schedule is day shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend duties as needed. Compensation ranges from $1,000-$1,300 per day. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Willingness to travel 100% is preferred.
