Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.
Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds during weekly bedside rounds in skilled nursing facilities. Perform dressings, medically necessary debridement, and assist with G-Tube procedures (training provided). Establish care plans and adhere to facility protocols, with opportunities for Home Health visits. Must have strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in skilled nursing facilities and wound care. Preferred qualifications include Wound Care Certification and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Current California medical license required. Must be willing to travel 100%. Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend as needed.
Compensation: $1,000-$1,300 per day.
