Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.

  • Perform weekly bedside wound rounds, evaluate and manage acute and chronic wounds, surgical and dermatologic wounds, change dressings, and perform debridement.
  • Assist with G-Tube management (training provided), develop care plans, and follow facility protocols.
  • Conduct Home Health visits as needed.

    The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and experienced with skilled nursing facility environments.

    Requirements include at least 2 years of wound care and skilled nursing experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, current California license, and preferably wound care certification.

    Compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,300 per day, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.

    The role involves travel, is scheduled Monday to Friday with on-call and weekend duties as needed, and requires in-person work.
