Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor for a Pennsylvania-approved special education school serving children with cerebral palsy and related disorders.
Job Summary: Provide leadership and oversight of the SLP department, balancing clinical expertise with team management. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing policies, ensuring compliance, supervising direct therapy, and collaborating with school leadership on programs, policies, and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities: Develop caseloads and staffing ratios, monitor documentation, lead departmental meetings, manage equipment needs, oversee staff performance, and participate in multidisciplinary discussions. Maintain a small caseload and represent the department in leadership meetings.
Qualifications: Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, PA certification (Teacher of Speech and Language Impaired), CCC from ASHA, PA licensure or equivalent, minimum five years clinical experience, including two years supervisory. Experience with AAC and complex communication needs is preferred.

Salary ranges from $76,079 to $87,784 annually.
