Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead psychological assessments, formulate cases, and implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA).
  • Collaborate closely with Education and Therapy Teams to develop tailored strategies aligned with EHCPs.
  • Monitor and evaluate intervention outcomes, promote inclusion, and foster emotional resilience.
  • Prepare reports for EHCP reviews and contribute to developing a positive emotional wellbeing culture.

  • Requirements: HCPC registration, experience with autism and developmental conditions preferred, and UK work authorisation.

    This full/part-time role offers up to £44,738.50/year, with benefits including pension, parking, and store discounts.
