Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions. Lead psychological assessments, formulate cases, and implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA). Collaborate closely with Education and Therapy Teams to develop tailored strategies aligned with EHCPs. Monitor and evaluate intervention outcomes, promote inclusion, and foster emotional resilience. Prepare reports for EHCP reviews and contribute to developing a positive emotional wellbeing culture. Requirements: HCPC registration, experience with autism and developmental conditions preferred, and UK work authorisation.
This full/part-time role offers up to £44,738.50/year, with benefits including pension, parking, and store discounts.
