Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a part-time, school-based health center in Smithville, WV.

Work collaboratively with a team to deliver primary care in a rural, underserved community, including diagnosing, managing conditions, promoting wellness, and patient education.

Responsibilities include evaluations, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with healthcare staff.

Qualifications: graduate of an accredited program, national certification, WV licensure, prescriptive authority, BLS (ACLS preferred), and comfort working independently.
