Anesthesiologist (Cardiac-Trained) – Partnership Track, W-2 or Day Coverage

Job Description

The General Anesthesiologist role in Gastonia, NC, offers full-time employment with options for partnership or daytime hours, working at regional hospitals in a rural Charlotte area.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing anesthesia plans, administering both general and regional anesthesia, supervising nurse anesthetists, and overseeing post-operative care.

Opportunity to perform diverse procedures, including cardiac cases like CABG, valves, TAVRs, and LVADs, as well as neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, pediatric, GI, and general surgeries.

Qualifications include MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology, at least 3 years of experience, strong regional skills, and NC licensure.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday with no nights or weekends, and call duties are shared.
