Join a well-established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in the vibrant Temecula Valley, Southern California.

This opportunity offers a diverse case mix across subspecialties such as cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and endoscopy, with the clinical depth of a tertiary center and the lifestyle benefits outside major metros.

Hospitals include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac and orthopedic programs, a high-volume community hospital with women’s health and robotic surgery, and a new Level II trauma center with advanced ORs and neuro services.

Ideal candidates are MD or DO, board-certified or eligible, with California licensure or eligibility, and interested in a collaborative, team-based practice. Fellowship training is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $250-$330/hr, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and benefits including relocation assistance. Work is in person, with opportunities to practice at the top of your specialty in a beautiful, family-friendly region with excellent outdoor recreation, schools, and access to major cities.
