Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group covering three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.

  • Work at a 140-bed tertiary center with advanced ORs, including cardiac and orthopedic programs, and a large GI volume.
  • At a high-volume community hospital, provide anesthesia for L&D, women’s health, urology, general surgery, and robotics-assisted procedures.
  • At a new Level II trauma center, operate across 7 ORs with neuro and orthopedic cases.

    • Our group covers a wide range of subspecialties, from cardiac and obstetrics to neurosurgery and advanced endoscopy, catering to those seeking specialty focus or breadth.

    Enjoy the region’s quality of life—close to San Diego and LA, with outdoor activities, wine country, family-friendly communities, and affordable housing. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time hours.

    Candidate requirements include MD/DO, residency, board eligibility/certification, and an active California license. Fellowship is a plus. Compensation ranges from $250-$330/hour, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and benefits including relocation assistance.
