Join a physician-led anesthesia team serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering diverse case types and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.
Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac, orthopedic, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with obstetrics, women’s health, urology, and robotics; and a new Level II trauma center with neuro and orthopedic services.
The group covers a broad range of anesthesia subspecialties, including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, and vascular, providing opportunities for specialization or breadth.

Qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited school, completed anesthesiology residency, board certification or eligibility, and active or eligible California license. Fellowship training is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $250-$330/hour, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and benefits including relocation assistance. Candidates are encouraged to apply via email; full-time work qualifies for PSLF.
