Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.

Facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac and orthopedic programs, a high-volume community hospital with women’s health and robotic surgery, and a new trauma center with state-of-the-art ORs and neuro services.

Case variety spans cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, vascular, and more, allowing for specialization or breadth in practice.

The region offers a family-friendly lifestyle with year-round sunshine, outdoor activities, proximity to San Diego and LA, affordable housing, and access to top schools. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time work.

Candidates must have an MD/DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or be eligible for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus.
