Join a well-established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture of clinician autonomy.

Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary hospital with a cardiac program, orthopedic and GI services; a high-volume community hospital with L&D, women’s health, and robotic surgery; and a newly opened Level II trauma center with seven ORs and neuro services.

The group covers a broad range of anesthesia subspecialties, including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, GI, and vascular, providing opportunities for specialized focus or variety.

Living in Temecula offers proximity to San Diego and Los Angeles, beautiful wine country, outdoor recreation, family-friendly communities, and affordable housing. All sites are eligible for PSLF with full-time hours.

Candidates must have an MD or DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and possess or be eligible for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $250 to $330 per hour, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, plus benefits and relocation assistance. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via email.
