Job Description

Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering diverse case types and clinician autonomy.

  • Temecula Valley Hospital: 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac, orthopedic, and GI programs.
  • Rancho Springs Hospital: High-volume community center with L&D, women’s health, robotic surgery.
  • Inland Valley Hospital: Newly opened Level II trauma center with 7 ORs, neuro and orthopedic programs.

    • Practice across subspecialties including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, and vascular.

    The region offers year-round sunshine, outdoor recreation, family-friendly communities, and proximity to San Diego and Los Angeles. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time hours.

    Candidate requirements include MD/DO, completed anesthesiology residency, board certification/eligibility, and California license eligibility. Fellowship training is a plus. Competitive pay, bonuses, and relocation assistance are available.
