Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group providing services across three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and emphasis on clinician autonomy.

Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with advanced cardiac, orthopedic, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with L&D and robotic surgery; and a new Level II trauma center with multiple ORs and neuro services.

Cases span various subspecialties such as cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, vascular, and more, allowing for both specialized focus or broad practice.

Located just 45 minutes from San Diego and 90 minutes from LA, the region offers year-round sunshine, outdoor activities, family-friendly communities, and access to wine country, with benefits like PSLF eligibility, sign-on bonuses, and competitive pay ($250-$330/hr).
