Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group covering three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a mix of tertiary and community care with clinician autonomy.

Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac, orthopedics, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with L&D and robotic surgery; and a new Level II trauma center with advanced neuro and orthopedic services.

We provide a diverse case mix across subspecialties such as cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, and vascular, allowing you to focus or maintain breadth.

Enjoy the region’s outdoor recreation, family-friendly communities, and proximity to San Diego and LA. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time status.

Candidates must have an MD or DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or qualify for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus.
