Job Description

We are hiring a full-time *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to provide podiatry-focused care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities across West Central Arkansas, including Russellville, Atkins, and Dardanelle.


This facility-based role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with no call or weekend duties, promoting work-life balance. Travel is limited within the region with mileage reimbursement, and training is provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide wound care assessment, treatment, and management
  • Deliver podiatry care to residents in assigned facilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for continuity of care
  • Accurately document clinical findings and treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
  • Educate staff and residents on foot and wound care practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Arkansas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Interest or experience in podiatry and long-term care preferred
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Certifications in Foot Care or Wound Care are a plus but training is available
