Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists.

Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.

Educate patients on health topics like nutrition and weight management.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience, APRN certification, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. The role offers full-time employment, a salary starting at $115,000, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
