Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults.

  • Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in outpatient settings.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate specialist referrals, and interpret lab and imaging results.
  • Educate patients on health topics such as nutrition and weight management.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control best practices.
