Seeking an experienced Board-Certified Music Therapist to serve as a Case Manager & Internship Supervisor in San Diego, CA.
Lead clinical teams by mentoring therapists, supporting treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming care. Supervise and develop music therapy interns, providing training and feedback aligned with professional standards. Coordinate caseloads, manage client transitions, and uphold documentation quality to maintain excellent service delivery. Foster a collaborative team environment, promote growth, and serve diverse clients with developmental, neurological, and mental health needs. Require 5+ years of clinical experience, leadership skills, and certification, with a passion for system-wide care improvement.
