Job Description

Join a leading cardiovascular care team as a Manager overseeing the Cath Lab and CVOR in Leesburg, FL.

Lead operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the Cath Lab.

Supervise and support nursing and technologist staff.

Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and staff workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Manage budgets, staffing, and equipment needs.

Foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, RN or relevant certification, BCLS and ACLS, 3-5 years CVOR/Cath Lab leadership experience, and at least 1 year in Cath Lab. Clinical experience and management skills are essential.
