Clinical Manager $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time applicants. Must be 20+ years old; pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.

Salary ranges from $68,000-$75,000 annually, based on education and experience. Candidates need a Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution, along with a valid clinical license (e.g., LMSW, LSCSW, or approved state license). A driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Minimum of three years supervised experience providing therapy to children and adolescents is needed. The Clinical Manager will support the Clinical Director in supervising therapists and case managers, oversee utilization review services, and help create a trauma-sensitive, family-centered therapeutic environment based on evidence-based practices.
