The Clinical Manager oversees the delivery of quality youth and family services by supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include facilitating evidence-based practices, clinical oversight of treatment plans, team collaboration, and maintaining positive stakeholder relations.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of clinical experience, 3 years of leadership, and active NYS licensure in a relevant mental health field.
Requires strong advocacy, knowledge of legal rights, change management skills, and flexibility for variable hours, including evenings and weekends. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 based on experience.
