Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate psychotherapy services and manage a caseload tailored to your licensure and skills.

  • Complete initial and ongoing mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver ongoing therapy with a focus on quality care and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external care teams to ensure coordinated treatment.
  • Accurately document sessions and submit timely billing.

    • Requirements include licensure as a Psychologist, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW. The role offers flexible scheduling, health benefits, and a hybrid work setting in Hibbing, MN. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, with 20-40 hours per week.
