Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions. Implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, tailored to individual needs (excluding ABA). Collaborate with Education and Therapy Teams to develop formulation, monitor outcomes, and support pupils’ wellbeing. Assess psychological needs, plan interventions, evaluate effectiveness, and contribute to EHCP processes. Promote inclusion, resilience, and emotional wellbeing across the school community. Qualifications include HCPC registration; experience with autism and trauma is preferred. This full or part-time role offers up to £44,738.50 annually, with benefits such as pension, parking, and discounts.
