Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delay, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead formulation and oversee a range of therapies including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA).
  • Collaborate with the Therapy and Education Teams to develop and implement tailored support plans based on EHCPs.
  • Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate interventions, and produce reports for EHCP reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical psychology developments and ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Promote inclusion, emotional resilience, and independence among pupils.
  • Qualifications include HCPC registration and UK work authorization.
