Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delay, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions. Lead formulation and oversee a range of therapies including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA). Collaborate with the Therapy and Education Teams to develop and implement tailored support plans based on EHCPs. Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate interventions, and produce reports for EHCP reviews. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical psychology developments and ensure evidence-based practice. Promote inclusion, emotional resilience, and independence among pupils. Qualifications include HCPC registration and UK work authorization.
