Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead formulation and oversee a range of therapies including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA), to promote psychological wellbeing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Education Team to develop and implement tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs.
  • Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate outcomes, and produce reports for EHCP reviews.
  • Develop a culture of emotional resilience and inclusion through training and strategic support.
  • Maintain HCPC registration and stay current with developments in Clinical Psychology.
