Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions. Lead formulation and oversee a range of therapies including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA), to promote psychological wellbeing. Collaborate closely with the Education Team to develop and implement tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs. Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate outcomes, and produce reports for EHCP reviews. Develop a culture of emotional resilience and inclusion through training and strategic support. Maintain HCPC registration and stay current with developments in Clinical Psychology.
