Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, and ADHD.

  • Deliver high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
  • Design and implement neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
  • Lead formulation of pupils’ difficulties, collaborating with therapy and education teams.
  • Assess pupils’ needs, plan interventions, evaluate outcomes, and promote inclusion and self-esteem.
  • Provide staff training and develop school-wide approaches to emotional wellbeing.
  • Prepare reports for EHCPs and contribute to reviews.

  • Requirements include HCPC registration, UK work authorisation, and experience with autism and related conditions preferred.
