Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, and ADHD.
Deliver high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care. Design and implement neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. Lead formulation of pupils’ difficulties, collaborating with therapy and education teams. Assess pupils’ needs, plan interventions, evaluate outcomes, and promote inclusion and self-esteem. Provide staff training and develop school-wide approaches to emotional wellbeing. Prepare reports for EHCPs and contribute to reviews. Requirements include HCPC registration, UK work authorisation, and experience with autism and related conditions preferred.
