Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to join a community-based behavioral health organization.
Responsibilities include

conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and crisis intervention,

collaborating with team members, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations,

participating in supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.), and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred bilingual in English/Spanish and strong community resource knowledge.
