Full-time Therapist position in Residential Treatment offering a base salary of $70,000/year, with potential for higher based on experience.
Responsible for assessing clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Leads treatment team, coordinates services, and maintains communication with families, community agencies, and staff.
Completes necessary documentation, manages crisis intervention, and oversees discharge planning.
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and licensure (preferably LPCC).
