We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join a friendly, professional team. This full-time role offers an immediate start and involves supporting daily dental operations in a dynamic practice environment.
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring and explaining procedures to patients. Support the smooth running of the surgery alongside another dental nurse, maintaining efficiency. Perform administrative tasks such as updating records, managing appointments, and preparing documentation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, prioritizing patient comfort and care. Stay updated on best practices in dental nursing to enhance service quality. Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Dental Nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Confidence with IT systems and practice management software (training provided). Ability to work effectively in a small, supportive team. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 5.15pm, with a pay rate from £12.71 per hour. Prior dental nursing experience is essential.
