Job Description

We are a private, independent dental practice in Thame, Oxfordshire, offering general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and facial aesthetics. We seek a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our friendly, professional team, supporting clinical procedures, patient care, and practice operations.

**Key responsibilities:**
• Assist dentists during various treatments
• Prepare and sterilise instruments
• Maintain patient records
• Provide high-quality patient reassurance
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support stock management and team collaboration

**Candidate requirements:**
• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Previous dental practice experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Desirable: private dentistry, implants, Invisalign or facial aesthetics experience

**Offerings:**
• £14.00–£16.50/hr depending on experience
• Flexible hours (15-48/week, Mon-Fri)
• Supportive team environment with ongoing training
• Start date in May 2026
