Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, holistic care across all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and minor procedures.
Perform physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate specialist care. Educate patients on health and lifestyle; provide pediatric and prenatal care as needed. Maintain detailed records and ensure quality patient communication. Requires Illinois medical license, board certification or eligibility, and MD/DO degree.
