Job Description

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, holistic primary care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and minor procedures.

  • Deliver patient assessments, manage chronic illnesses, perform physicals, and coordinate specialist care.
  • Provide pediatric, and in some cases, prenatal/postnatal care, along with patient education and counseling.
  • Perform in-office procedures and maintain detailed medical records.
  • Must have Illinois medical license or eligibility, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and strong communication skills.
