Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary care services at a federally qualified health center in Scotia, CA.
Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering tests, prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, and offering family planning and health education.
Candidates must have a valid CA NP license, a Master’s in Nursing with Family Practice specialization, and at least 2 years of experience. Excellent communication, computer skills, and familiarity with electronic health records are essential. Experience in primary care and dementia care is preferred.
