Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients of all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention

Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA

Utilize telehealth technologies to improve access to care

Qualifications include: Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, and excellent communication. Experience with pediatric patients and telehealth is a plus.
