Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to independently evaluate and treat patients of all ages in a rural FQHC setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about compassionate, dignified care, with experience in Chronic Care Management and EHR preferred. Must hold an active Indiana license, board certification, and have a clean malpractice history.

Located in Gibson County, IN, near Evansville, the practice offers primary care, dental, behavioral health, and navigator services to underserved populations, committed to serving all regardless of financial ability.
