Job Description

We are seeking a *Part Time Nurse Practitioner* to provide healthcare services at a health center in Mt. Sterling, IL, working 20 hours per week with flexible hours Monday–Friday.

• Perform physical exams, preventive care, and procedures such as injections and wound care.
• Develop care plans, order diagnostics, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Prescribe treatments, educate patients, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain necessary licenses, certifications, and DEA registration.
• Require at least three years of clinical experience in ambulatory, occupational, or family practice settings.
