Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.

Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and educate patients on health management.

Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality.

Qualifications: Current FNP or PA certification with an active California license; experience in primary care preferred; proficiency in EMR/EHR systems; strong clinical and communication skills; knowledge of chronic disease management is a plus.
